Refund policy

We want you to love our products - if this is not the case, please reach out to shipping@naturebeewraps.ca and we will do our best to accommodate you. Cancellations, reshipments and refunds may be issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Returns

We evaluate returns on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to make a return please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We only accept returns for faulty products, or incorrectly fulfilled orders. Products like beeswax wraps and shower steamers cannot be returned for sanitary reasons. All products must be unused and in their original, unopened condition to be eligible for returns. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Some Nature Bee products require occasional maintenance as a normal part of their use. Natural materials like beeswax and chemical-free formulas perform best with proper care - this is by design, not a defect. If you contact us with a product concern, we'll provide troubleshooting steps or care guidance. If a solution is offered and you choose not to follow it, we will be unable to accept a return. In most cases, a product that isn't performing as expected simply requires care, not a replacement or discontinued use.

All return requests initiated more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted. Products shipped back to our office without an approved return agreement will NOT be refunded. 

Refunds and reshipments 

We evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you would like a refund for a particular item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with the reason for your request and any necessary photos/documentation. We only issue refunds for faulty products, or items damaged in transit.

In some faulty item cases, we will only issue reimbursement - not reshipments. This will depend on shipping costs, and stock availability. In most cases we will offer either option to you and do our best to accommodate. 

Refunds and reshipments for items damaged during transit may take up to 10 business days to be processed. This timeline depends on the claim processing time of the shipping company. 

All refund requests initiated more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted. 

Cancellations 

Unshipped orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of being placed. All other orders will be subject to a $5.00 processing fee to be cancelled. Cancellations are not offered 10 days or more after purchase. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.
