Your tier is based on your total spending over the last 365 days. This means your tier can move up or down depending on your recent purchase activity. The good news? Every purchase helps you maintain or level up your status!
Hive Core: $1–$149 spent in the last 365 days
Hive Premium: $150–$299 spent in the last 365 days
Hive Elite: $300+ spent in the last 365 days
No, you can use partial points on an order. Simply select the reward you’d like to redeem, and a discount code will be generated. Apply this code at checkout to use your points!
Points can be used with shipping discounts and discounted items, but they cannot be combined with discounts applied to the entire order. Ex. discount codes applied at check out
Yes, your points will expire after 2 years. Be sure to redeem them before:)
You must be logged into your rewards account to redeem points. Once logged in, open the Joy widget in the bottom left corner of the screen and select a reward. A discount code will be generated—apply this code at checkout to receive your discount.
No, you cannot earn points for past orders. However, if you were a member of our previous rewards program, your point total will automatically transfer over to our new program!
Points cannot be redeemed on orders under $50 or when the entire cart is already discounted with the use of a discount code. If neither of these applies to your order, please contact us at shipping@naturebeewraps.ca and we’ll be happy to help!
